About the course
This course introduces participants to the principles and practice of dialogue as a facilitation approach. Through engaging activities and practical strategies, learners will explore the differences between dialogue and discussion, build confidence in facilitating meaningful conversations, and develop the skills needed to foster open, collaborative exchanges with co-workers and peers.
